MAXXIS MA-MT Adventure
Proof that you don’t need to spend big to ride far.
If you’re the sort of rider who’d rather spend money on fuel and camping gear than on tyre wear indicators, listen up. The all-new MAXXIS MA-MT radial adventure tyre has arrived in Australia and might just be exactly what you’ve been after.

The pitch is a genuine 50/50 street-to-dirt performer, packing the latest tyre tech suitable for modern adventure bikes. There’s a spiral steel belt under the hood doing the unglamorous job of keeping things stable at highway speed, while off-road inspired grooves and a hex cubic tread pattern get on with the business of finding grip across whatever terrain you throw at it. Tarmac, gravel, dirt and everything in between.
That same tread design also earns its keep shifting water out from underneath you, which counts for a fair bit when the weather turns on you mid-ride. Backing it all up is the new High Dispersive Full-Silica (HDFS) compound, with Maxxis claiming a 30% jump in wet grip and 10% more in the dry over the old formula.

You can pour over the spec sheets yourself if that’s your thing, but the bottom line is simple: the Maxxis MA-MT is built for the rider chasing genuine adventure capability, without the adventure price tag.
